The Boots I’ve Worn With Everything: A Guide to Smarter, Sustainable Dressing

I’ve honestly realised over the past year that some of my best fashion decisions weren’t the trendiest ones – they were the pieces that just worked with everything.

Take my favourite pair of boots, for example. I’ve worn them with slip dresses, short skirts, tights, and long trousers… you name it. Six months on and they’re still my go-to because they pull every outfit together without me even trying.

I think that’s what sustainable fashion really is at its core. It’s not only about buying eco-labels or going fully minimalist – it’s about choosing clothes and shoes that last, both in quality and in style. When something fits seamlessly into loads of different looks, you end up buying less, wasting less, and loving your wardrobe more.

Fast fashion moves quickly, but your personal style doesn’t have to. Invest in pieces that stay with you longer – your future outfits will thank you.
